Contact details (name, email, phone, company) and message content submitted through the contact form or a product enquiry: used to answer your request and prepare quotations.

Email address provided for the newsletter or the waiting list of a new line: used to send product updates.

Credentials and company data of suppliers registered in the partner area: used to manage access to shared documents.

Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site.

Pre-contractual and contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for enquiries, quotations and the partner area.

Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the newsletter, waiting list and catalogue downloads requiring an email; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for website security.

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the statutory tax and civil law periods. Data collected on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Data may be processed by IT service providers (hosting, database and email delivery) appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing. Any transfer outside the EU only takes place to adequate countries or under standard contractual clauses.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) at any time by writing to privacy@ariesmedical.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
